Students struggle to effectively use the StudyReel dashboard and interact with the chatbot to review tests.

Lack of color differentiation and hierarchy of UI leads users to be confused and off track of their school work.

Chatbot experience is frustrating

The chatbot only allows voice chat and the avatar currently creates a heavy cognitive load for the user to carry. Technical issues also lead to major user frustration.

Conclusion and Next Steps

The redesign successfully addressed the core issues of navigation and progress tracking while establishing a solid foundation for future development through a comprehensive design system.
