CRMagic Chatbot Design

Transforming customer interactions with intuitive chatbot experiences

The goal was to create a chatbot that simplifies customer service interactions while maintaining a high level of engagement and accessibility.

First Iteration

This first draft was created as a placeholder for the chatbot experience by a manager on the product team.

Prototype walkthrough

Results

  • Chatbot created dashboards can be created much faster than the average user

  • User interaction with the chatbot is overall positive

  • User engagement with CRMagic improved by 30%
